Training Opportunities

PAC Training consists of both web-based and classroom learning organized by transaction type. Our training resources provide both high-level context for different transactions and business processes, and hands-on recorded simulations of transactions in PAC.

  • We host several online training resources on New CourseWorks under the PAC Labor Accounting Training project site. If you need access to the project site, please contact the PAC Service Center
    • Job Aids: Quick reference guides that provide additional information on certain topics and transactions, that can act as a 'cheat sheet' for common definitions or system navigations.
    • Web-based Training: Web-based training courses and knowledge assessment.

Classroom Training: Instructor-led sessions are held for Manager Self-Service and Template-Based Hire (page 1) training.  Select a class link below for additional information.

PAC Learning Labs: These labs provide additional opportunities to ask questions and get clarification on any aspect of the PAC training programs. While these are not instructor-led sessions, they provide the opportunity to receive additional support on any PAC related training topics. They are also an option for users who prefer to complete web-based training away from their desks. Select a PAC Learning Lab link below for additional information and to register for a lab.
