The Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action has overall responsibility for the management of the University’s Equal Opportunity and Nondiscrimination Policies. Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP is a network of services, including short-term counseling, to help employees and household members cope with everyday stresses and concerns. The EAP is available to faculty, researchers, administrators and staff who are eligible to receive medical benefits from Columbia. See Benefits at Columbia – EAP for more information.
